light me up

It's so hard to find nice lighting that doesn't cost the earth. I really love this piece but it must be a bomb, it doesn't even list the price on the website...

this one's not bad, nowhere near as nice as the first though and still pretty expensivo for such a simple shape

I have got a penchant for the flowerpot light and I'm so used to seeing it in orange it's quite a novelty in stainless steel

the bubble light by George Nelsen is a real classic and would easily fit anywhere but I'm just not sure you get enough bang for your buck?

you can't go wrong with this Tom Dixon classic

this ikea pendent is cheap and cheerful, I quite like the table lamp version too

lovely strip of colour from retrouvious

they are all lovely but not quite perfect... I'll keep looking but in the meantime any tip offs would be hugely appreciated!

Ace picks! And yes, fantastic lighting that really sings but does not break the bank is hard to find. I am still looking too. Niche Modern creates marvelous lights, not cheap but so fab especially when seen in person... http://www.nichemodern.com

i am sure you have already thought of this - but check out westelm.com - they have some inexpensive design worthy ceiling pendants. i love boydlighting.com for contemporary fixtures - but still rather expensive! good luck on the hunt!
